About Eco hotelS

Unique experience in every destination

Creative
Sustainability Entrepreneurs

We were blessed with entrepreneurial skills that we wish to share, to provide opportunities in the communities where we stand while respecting the environment, the people and their culture.

Our sense of adventure gets us stuck in heavy rains or in thick mud that often leads us to the discovery of unfamiliar but beautiful areas in the Philippines. The  experience of bonding with the locals and the leaders of our new found communities soon follow, and as we immerse with them, they become partners in progress. We care to be inclusive.

ECO SUSTAINABILITY FOUNDATION

ECO SUSTAINABILITY FOUNDATION

Established  by EcoHotels Inc. Philippines

"Transforming Lives, Empowering Communities, Sustaining the Future"

The Eco Sustainability Foundation is the social impact arm of EcoHotels Inc. Philippines, dedicated to advancing inclusive growth through sustainable livelihood, education and environmental stewardship.

Programs are designed to build a scalable, self-sustaining ecosystem that integrates:
- Workforce development
- Community education
- Sustainable enterprise financing

Our model transforms underserved individuals into skilled professionals, sustainability advocates, and future entrepreneurs, creating a closed-loop system of inclusive growth and environmental stewardship.

In the Philippines: Millions remain underemployed in the countryside. Millions have limited access to skills training, employment and capital. The growing demand for sustainable tourism and green  jobs is an opportunity that Ecohotels Inc Philippines and Eco Sustainability Foundation Inc. can help bridge.

Eco Sustainability Foundation bridges all three gaps
through one integrated platform.

The Ecosystem Model
We operate a 3-stage circular impact system:

1. TRAIN →Green Warriors Program
The Green Warriors Program is a purpose-driven workforce development initiative designed to uplift individuals from rural and underserved communities by providing access to employment pathways within the sustainable tourism industry.
Goal 1: Recruit underserved individuals from the countryside with limited access to education and employment
Goal 2: Provide3–6 months on-site training (with allowance & housing)
Goal 3: Deploy into Eco Hotels workforce

2. EDUCATE → Sustainability Schools
To deepen impact and ensure long-term transformation, the Foundation will establish On-Site Sustainability Schools within EcoHotels, Inc. properties and partner communities.  The primary purpose is to educate and inspire the youth, the local communities, and countryside stakeholders on sustainable living and environmental responsibility. This effort will create community-based sustainability hubs that serve as centers of learning, innovation, and behavioral transformation.
Goal 1: Extend knowledge to communities and the youth
Goal 2: Build local sustainability culture
Goal 3: Create future talent pipeline

3. EMPOWER → Micro-Enterprise Financing
As part of its long-term vision, the Foundation aims to launch a Capitalization Program that provides low-interest financial support to graduates and community members.  This effort will enable beneficiaries to start or expand micro-enterprises that align with sustainable and circular economy principles. The following will ensure the success of this program:
-Accessible, low-interest financing
-Pre-requisite for the applicant to be a Green Warrior Program and or Eco Sustainability School graduate
-Business mentoring and financial literacy training
-Priority support for eco-friendly enterprises (e.g.,     recycling, organic farming, local crafts, ecotourism services)

These 3 Programs of the Eco Sustainability Foundation will result to a self-reinforcing cycle

-Workers become educators
-Educators become entrepreneurs
-Educators and Entrepreneurs strengthen communities
-Sustainability Goals can be reached

Healthy Farm to Table Food

We keep health and sustainability in mind as we prepare the the dishes for our guests.
